Being an innovative storyteller both at work and in personal life, I always believe design thinking, educational service, and digital storytelling can turn ideas into reality. Inspiring, nurturing, and distributing considerable educational paradigm is my passion. I am competent in planning, designing, and producing profound short stories especially for educational purposes.
From 2008-2010, I worked at the Center for Media Design, a sandbox for researching user behavior and conducting emerging media experiments. I wrote script and produced promotional videos for the team to showcase its cutting edge media behavior research.
During 2010 to 2012, I joined the Quanta Computer Foundation, the only place in Taiwan to create traveling art education exhibition for K-12 students. I oversaw the curation and production of “The Marc Chagall Art Tour,” which not only brings high quality reproduced paintings to local schools but also bridges a knowledge gap of untold stories behind those master pieces that had not been introduced to the Taiwan due to the previously lack of connections.
In 2012, I rejoined the Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan) to improve and remake the organization’s image. I initiated a video series called “Thought Leaders in Taiwan” featuring the Fulbright senior scholars and fellows in Taiwan. I worked on the whole production process, included: planning, interviewing, video shooting, and editing. This new series has drawn a lot of interests to apply Fulbright Scholarship to Taiwan. Samples: Cultural Empowerment, Searching For Secrets.
